Ingredients You'll Need For This Recipe:
You will need just a few ingredients that you most likely have in your fridge.
- Bread - I like to use french bread cut into thick slices
- Eggs (1 egg per sandwich)
- Ham - I like to use thick-sliced ham
- Cheese - today I used a swiss cheese
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper

Ham Egg and Cheese Sandwich:
Cut thick slices of your french bread and spread butter on the backsides.

Place the buttered sides together and add a slice of ham to each sandwich.

Cook your eggs however you like them - scrambled, omelet style, sunny side up... My husband loves them sunnyside up.

Add the egg to the sandwich.

Add a slice or two of cheese.

Heat a pan on medium heat and add your sandwich butter side down. Cook for a couple minutes until the bottom is golden brown then flip over and cook the other side.

To help the cheese melt put a lid over the sandwich for a bit.
When the second side is golden brown the sandwich is ready to eat! Yum!!

What different toppings would you put on your sandwich?
Our Baking Essential List:
- For baking casseroles, we use Glass Baking Dishes. I especially like the dishes with lids so leftovers can be transferred straight to the fridge.
- Silicone Kitchenware is my favorite because they don't scratch my cookware and are super easy to clean!
- To prepare all of those ingredients a Glass Cutting Board is a must. We even keep ours on our counter at all times.
- This Knife Set will also become your favorite! They cut beautifully and with the hollow design of the knife, food doesn't stick to the blade.
