Cozy up with this Apple Cinnamon Cake! Bursting with fall flavors, this easy recipe is your go-to for holiday gatherings or a night in. Grab a slice and enjoy!

Fall is finally here, and I couldn't be happier!
For me, fall is all about the rich colors, the sound of leaves crunching underfoot, and all the delicious, cozy flavors of the season.
There’s just something special about the smell of apples and cinnamon filling the kitchen—it’s like a warm hug!
This Apple Cinnamon Cake is my go-to for the perfect fall vibe. It's a quick cake mix twist that saves time without skimping on flavor.

Ingredients
Cake:
- ⅓ cup Apple Sauce
- 1 cup Apple Juice
- Cinnamon Bun Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
Topping:
- Chopped Pecans
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- M&M's Pecan Pie Flavor
I love using cake mixes because they are such time savers.
Bake the Cake
Preheat the oven to 350º F.
Prepare your cake pan per the instructions on the cake mix.
To make the cake batter, follow the instructions on the box.
Instead of 1 cup of water, add 1 cup of apple juice. Also, instead of ½ cup oil, add ⅓ cup apple sauce.
Bake according to the cake mix instructions.
While baking, my home smelled terrific! When it was done, it came out so pretty!
Let the cake completely cool before adding the icing.
This part is the longest because I just want to eat cake!
Frost the Cake
Chop the pecans and cut some of your M&M's in half.
I like adding the M&M's to the topping because they add a nice harvest color, which is perfect for this cake.
Spread the cream cheese frosting and sprinkle on the pecans and M&M's.
Serve and enjoy your new favorite fall dessert.

Our Baking Essential List
- We use Glass Baking Dishes for baking casseroles. I especially like the dishes with lids because leftovers can be transferred straight to the fridge.
- Silicone Kitchenware is my favorite because they don't scratch my cookware and is easy to clean!
- A Glass Cutting Board is a must to prepare all of those ingredients. We even keep ours on our counter at all times.
- This Knife Set will also become your favorite! The knives cut beautifully, and the hollow design prevents food from sticking to the blade.

I bet this is amazing! It looks so festive too with the fall colored M&Ms! I think I'd possibly eat all the M&Ms before they made it on the cake though, haha.
