Chocolate caramel popcorn is a yummy, easy-to-make treat that requires only four ingredients. Plus, you can use the microwave!
I just love popcorn. There is nothing like a nice big bowl of popcorn when watching a movie.
The recipe I will share today is a quick popcorn treat with only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients You'll Need For This Recipe:
- 1 bag of Microwave Popcorn
- 1 cup Caramel Bits
- 1 Tbsp Water
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup Cashews
This is just for a small batch - you can always double or triple the recipe.
Instructions:
Use whatever microwave popcorn you have on hand. I have made this using the extra butter, kettle corn, and light butter varieties. They have all tasted delicious!
Pop your popcorn and pour it onto a baking sheet, spreading out the popcorn.
Melt the caramel bits by placing them in a microwave bowl with the water.
Heat in the microwave and stir every 30 seconds until melted (it took me about 1 ½ minutes.
Using a spoon, drizzle the caramel all over the popcorn.
While the caramel is still warm, sprinkle on the cashews.
The caramel will help the cashews stick to the popcorn.
Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave the same way you did the caramel bits.
Add the chocolate drizzle to the top of the popcorn.
Once everything is set and dry, break the popcorn mixture into pieces and enjoy!
