Turn a simple breakfast into something sweet! These heart-shaped eggs and toast are easy to make and perfect for a fun start to the day.

Valentine's Day is coming, so I thought I'd share a simple and fun breakfast idea-Heart-Shaped Egg in a Hole!
This egg toast recipe is a favorite in our house. We love it so much that we even make it for dinner sometimes.
If you've never tried it, you're in for a treat-quick, delicious, and guaranteed to make someone smile.
But let's be honest, this isn't just for Valentine's Day-it's a sweet way to say "I love you" any day of the year.
Instructions
Start with a piece of bread and cut a hole in the center using a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
Butter both sides of the bread.
Place a skillet on medium heat and melt ¼ TBSP butter.
Lay the bread in the pan and crack a large egg in the hole.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and cook for about 2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Flip the egg in a hole and season with salt and pepper.
Cook another 2 - 3 minutes for an over-easy egg or slightly longer for a medium egg.
Don't forget to toast the heart-shaped bread!
