  • Beef Stew Meat or Boneless Beef Roast
  • Potatoes
  • Baby Carrots
  • Onion
  • Cream of Celery Soup
  • Ketchup
  • Beef Broth

Equipment

  • 7-Quart Crockpot

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages Onion Soup Mix (1 ounce each)
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 pounds Beef Stew Meat (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 5 medium Potatoes
  • 3 cups Baby Carrots
  • 1 small Onion (chopped)
  • 2 cans Cream of Celery Soup (10 ounces each)
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1-4 cups Beef Broth (as needed)

Instructions
 

  • Place 2 packages Onion Soup Mix and ½ teaspoon Paprika in a large plastic bag. Add the meat, seal the bag, and shake until the meat is evenly coated with the seasoning.
  • After coating the meat, spread it evenly in a greased 7-quart crockpot. Layer the diced potatoes, carrots, and onion evenly over the top.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the 2 cans Cream of Celery Soup and 1 cup KetchupPour the mixture evenly over the meat and vegetables.
  • Cover the crock pot with the lid and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or until the meat is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  • Add 1-4 cups Beef Broth to bring the stew to the desired consistency. Stir gently to combine before serving.
