Delicious Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe

- 2 packages Onion Soup Mix (1 ounce each)
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- 2 pounds Beef Stew Meat (cut into 1-inch pieces)
- 5 medium Potatoes
- 3 cups Baby Carrots
- 1 small Onion (chopped)
- 2 cans Cream of Celery Soup (10 ounces each)
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1-4 cups Beef Broth (as needed)
Instructions
- Place 2 packages Onion Soup Mix and ½ teaspoon Paprika in a large plastic bag. Add the meat, seal the bag, and shake until the meat is evenly coated with the seasoning.
- After coating the meat, spread it evenly in a greased 7-quart crockpot. Layer the diced potatoes, carrots, and onion evenly over the top.
- In a small bowl, stir together the 2 cans Cream of Celery Soup and 1 cup KetchupPour the mixture evenly over the meat and vegetables.
- Cover the crock pot with the lid and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or until the meat is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- Add 1-4 cups Beef Broth to bring the stew to the desired consistency. Stir gently to combine before serving.
