Place 2 packages Onion Soup Mix and ½ teaspoon Paprika in a large plastic bag. Add the meat, seal the bag, and shake until the meat is evenly coated with the seasoning.
After coating the meat, spread it evenly in a greased 7-quart crockpot. Layer the diced potatoes, carrots, and onion evenly over the top.
In a small bowl, stir together the 2 cans Cream of Celery Soup and 1 cup KetchupPour the mixture evenly over the meat and vegetables.
Cover the crock pot with the lid and cook on low for 7–8 hours, or until the meat is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
Add 1-4 cups Beef Broth to bring the stew to the desired consistency. Stir gently to combine before serving.
