Decorating for Christmas is always such a fun time of year for me. I love pulling out my boxes of decor and sorting through to see what I have and what direction I will take my Christmas decorations. I told myself I would try and use up as much decor as possible from years past before heading out to the stores this year... for the most part I held to that ; ).
I've been carrying these little Village Houses around since my husband and I's first Christmas. They really aren't my style anymore but they hold a special memory to me so I couldn't bear to part with them. A little makeover was in order! I'm super excited to be sharing the tutorial with you over at Tatertots and Jello for Jen's Happy Holidays Series!!!!
Before you go, you might want to check out a few of my Christmas posts from last year, and check back soon for some new projects, I'm in full Christmas swing here at the Cherished Bliss house ; )

Thanks so much for having me over Jen!!

Your little houses are so cute and winterly. I really love how you have turned the books over so the pages are showing. I recently did it with my book case. on all the books and what a difference it makes.
