This was the week I was supposed share the reveal of our pink board and batten for the One Room Challenge. Yeah, that didn't happen! When Wednesday passed I was really upset at myself, but also told myself that I'd just post about it the next day... then Thursday, Friday and Saturday passed. Here I am, Sunday afternoon just now writing this post. I honestly don't have much to share. What I have to share is that I didn't reach my goal, and that's ok! What I did do is get the room primed!
See, I'm not just doing this one room, we are also knee deep in a bathroom renovation as well as painting and redoing 3 additional bedrooms. Then we start our kitchen renovation as soon as the bathroom is wrapped up (so I'm currently ordering and planning for all that) and I realized, I can't set those kind of expectations on myself and realistically think I will hit every.single.goal. It's just not healthy. Did I mention we are also homeschooling.... some days I feel like I'm drowning. So I'm a week late... I will finish this room and that's what's important. Some goals I did hit this week. We all ate breakfast, lunch and dinner (though not the healthiest options). Everyone showered and had clean clothes to wear with a bed to sleep in. Let's just celebrate in those victories, haha!!
Pink Paint Color: Behr - Rosewater
White Paint Color: Behr - Swiss Coffee
So that's all I have to share for this week, but can we just take a second and look at this original hardware that I've cleaned up. I still need to polish it, but man she turned out pretty! <3 (excuse the iphone picture... I didn't even get out my actual camera for this post ; )
Hopefully I will have some floors done soon... wish me luck!
Here’s a timeline of what I hope to share with you through the next 6 weeks, so make sure to check back next week, or you can sign up for my emails here so you don’t miss out on the posts!

Really stupid, and I will not follow or click on any link because you want to play games with us, just to not share the freaking paint color!!
Ashley
I'm very sorry for the inconvenience. The paint color is listed in the room reveal, I've also answered this question numerous times in blog comments and on social media. But you are always welcome to email me, I definitely miss some comments. It is called Rosewater by Behr.

I keep searching for the name of the pink paint! Why so coy?
Do we really have to mess with the Like It Know It app to figure this out? Ugh.

Hey Ashley, I'm doing this same room style for my daughter. I went with a different pink but what white did you use? I love how it looks cream but not too creamy.
Thanks,
Ashley
