Just wondering how long this stays "whipped"? I have seen a whipping cream stabilizer that incorporates gelatin, but I haven't tried that. I would just like to make it several hours ahead of time if possible. Thanks!!

Hi Cindy, Thank you for stopping by! It will definitely stay whipped several hours ahead. I have never had a problem with it not staying in a whipped consistency. Just refrigerate after preparing and use within 2-3 days.

Hmmmm, I know this is delish! This is another reason I'd love to have one of those whipped cream "thingys" that you can keep the product fresh and cold until ready to use. I worked PT at Williams-Sonoma for about a year and just never did buy one. 🙁
Thanks so much for sharing this! Now I want a cup of coffee ~
