Process on high for a few seconds for a coarse powder, or process on high for several minutes for a fine powder.

And that is how you make Oat Flour! Pretty Amazing, huh? I was impressed myself when I first made it too. I hope you will enjoy making your own Oat Flour soon!

Try toasting the oat meal first, then process.

I will have to try that some time, I have heard of toasting quinoa before processing it into flour, but not oats! Thanks for stopping by 🙂

Can you please tell me what the conversions are for oat flour recipes? E.g. Is 1 cup of oats equal to 3/4 cup oat flour or?? I've tried finding charts that explain this conversion but haven't had any luck so far.

    Thanks!

This would be great for making oatmeal bath, too.

You can put in however much you want. It's not an exact measurement. I would suggest filling the processor up at least 1/3 of the way.
