- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 ¼ cups All Purpose Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Butter -softened
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 3.5 oz M&M Milk Chocolate
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl, leaving out the M&Ms.
In a mixing bowl, combine all the wet ingredients.
Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, until just combined. Be careful not to overmix to ensure the best texture for your cookies.
Gently stir in the M&M’S.
Form the cookie dough into 1 ½ inch balls and arrange them on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Then, gently press each ball using a fork, creating a crisscross pattern on the cookies.
Bake for 12 minutes and let them cool before serving.
These peanut butter cookies are so good! They never last long in my house.
Store the cookies in an airtight container, in a cool dry place, at room temperature.
Peanut Butter MM Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Butter softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 ¼ cups Flour
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 3.5 ounces M&Ms milk chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl mix all of the dry ingredients together.
- In another bowl, mix all other ingredients, except for M&Ms, together.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the other ingredients and mix until evertyhing is incorporated. Don't overmix.
- Gently stir in the M&M chocolate candies.
- Roll dough into balls (about 1 ½ inches in diameter) and place on a parchment paper covered cookie sheet. Use a fork to press down cookies into a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake for 12 minutes and enjoy!
