Hearth & Hand Holiday Collection Top Picks

As I'm sure most of you are aware Chip and Jo just released their newest line at Target called Hearth & Hand. I had to go to Target today to buy bedding for my son's bedroom makeover and on when we got there I realized it was being released today! I can't believe I didn't remember, but was pretty excited I just happened to catch it on opening day! I adore the holiday collection and wanted to share some of my favorite finds with you today!
