I can't wait to try these. I'm going to make some this week and then I'll know if I'm brave enough to try them for Thanksgiving. I live with my mom and she finally put in a stove after living without one since 1986! This will be a good use for the oven.
Katie
This is a very easy recipe and perfect for Thanksgiving! I hope you enjoy the recipe 🙂 Thank you for stopping by!

I've decided to try them first with my nephew. He is autistic, and is learning to cook. This will be a tasty, simple recipe he can serve his family on Thanksgiving.
Katie
What a wonderful idea, I am a huge fan of kids in the kitchen! I am sure his family will be delighted <3

Displaying my ignorance of all things brie...do you leave the rind on when you put the cheese in the shell?
Katie
I should of stated in the directions, you peel the rind 🙂 Thank you for bringing that to my attention. Thank you for stopping by and checking out the recipe!
Nancy Lynn Barth
I'm totally unfamiliar with brie, lol. I did peel it...is there an easy way to do that? thanks, again. Again, they were so easy and so good.
Katie
I usually peel the rind with a pairing knife just as I would do for a potato or avocado. I am so glad you enjoyed the recipe, thank you for trying it out!

I'll know better next time, lol. Can't wait to try more of your recipes.

I'm having a bring in lunch at work and these would perfect. No oven in work though, would these still be nice cold? Or does anyone have any suggestion for a Brie and cranberry tart that could be served cold?
Katie
I have baked these and refrigerated the leftovers, they are still good cold. I prefer to serve them warm to guest, but it is up to you!
