I'm still not done with our entryway and I may be in the middle of organizing our pantry, but that doesn't mean I'm not planning my son's closet. But really... when we redid this bathroom it allowed us to create a useable closet for my son's room that it shares a wall with. It's currently just raw sheetrock so I need to paint it before my son figures out he can actually open that door and make a huge mess! So naturally since I'm painting his closet that means we need to design his whole room right? Here's our Boy's Small Bedroom Design!

In all actuality this poor kid has had a mattress on the floor for over a year. We bought him a loft bed just before Christmas, so I've been making some progress!
Here's a look at what the room looked like when we first bought the house. We've since painted the walls, trim, and refinished the floors. But that's pretty much all we've done.
I think the part I'm most excited about is his closet. I've been wanting to wallpaper something for a while now, but this house isn't exactly known for it's square flat walls. Since this closet has new framing and sheetrock I will work perfectly! These are the four wallpaper choices I picked out:
Black and White Wallpaper for Boy's Room
The most popular choice on IG when I polled you guys was the Modern Triangle Arrow Trellis. My favorite was actually the first one with a bunch of brush strokes. However I ultimately decided to go with the watercolor herringbone. That one was a pretty close 2nd in the polls and when it came down to cost this one was much more affordable than my top choice.
Since his room is on the smaller side, I decided to add some built in storage in his closet. I also want him to be able to reach his clothes so I'm thinking I'll do a lower rod with some more shelving on top. I'll be adding cedar planks along the back wall of the closet, the sides will be wallpaper, and the shelving and ceilings will be a green color called Secret Meadow from Behr.
So that about covers it for his room design plan.

Hi all. We also started renovating the children's room. Our son is very fond of the sea, ships, etc. We want to paste wallpaper in the form of waves in his room, so we are looking at options. If you can advise suitable ones, I will be very grateful.
