In a mixing bowl, combine 1 box Cinnamon Swirl Cake Mix, 2 Eggs, and ½ cup Milk. Stir until well mixed. It will still be slightly lumpy and that is okay.
Add the cinnamon mixture from the cake mix. You can add as much or as little of the mixture as you want. I usually do only half.
Preheat the waffle iron and spray it with Cooking Spray. When the iron is hot, spoon the waffle batter into the iron and close the lid.
When done cooking, remove the waffles, spray again with cooking oil, and spoon more batter into the hot iron. Repeat until you are out of batter. Depending on the size of your waffle iron, it should make between 8-12 waffles.
