¼cupAgave Nectar(I used agave in the raw)
Instructions
Add the cubed seedless watermelon and agave nectar to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
8 cups Seedless Watermelon, ¼ cup Agave Nectar
Open a gallon-size freezer bag and carefully pour the watermelon mixture into the bag.
Seal the bag tightly and check for leaks before placing it in the freezer.
Lay the bag flat on a baking sheet or flat surface in the freezer. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours, or until the mixture reaches a soft, snowy consistency.
If freezing overnight or longer, place the frozen bag on a plate and let it sit at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes, or until it softens enough to break apart.
Use your hands or the back of a spoon to crush the frozen mixture into fluffy snow-like pieces.
Spoon the watermelon snow into serving glasses or bowls and serve immediately with a spoon and festive straw.
Enjoy this refreshing frozen summer treat!
Notes
If you like a little salt with your watermelon add ¼ tsp of kosher salt to the pureed watermelon for a salted watermelon agave snowball.
