Instructions
Hand shred 3 cups of rotisserie chicken, using both light and dark meat or to your preference, skin on.
Chop jicama and celery
Combine chicken, jicama and celery in bowl.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic, mix
Sprinkle in seasoning and mix until well blended.
Optional - top with sliced grapes and almonds
