Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet if needed.
Lay the dough out on a counter, and roll the dough out using a rolling pin. Then use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares by slicing lengthwise and then vertically. You should get about 15 squares.
Add a small spoonful of sauce to the center of each square and sprinkle shredded cheese over the sauce.
Roll the dough locking the ingredinets inside. You can seal the edges, or leave open. (I leave them open becuase I like the baked crispy cheese that happens while baking them)
In a small bowl, melt the butter, then stir in Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and grated parmesan cheese. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the pizza roll ups.
Place the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 14 minutes, or until golden brown.
