Measure 3 cups of pasta and pour into boiling water. Cook according to the package instructions, making sure to drain thoroughly when finished boiling.
In a skillet combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, and Italian seasoning and begin cooking.After about 5 minutes, add the cut mushrooms to the ground beef mixture.Continue cooking until ground beef is completely cooked and no longer pink.
In a large bowl, combine pizza sauce and water.
To the bowl, add the drained pasta, ground beef mixture, 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, and 20 slices of pepperoni that ve been cut in quarters.Stir until well combined
Pour the mixture into an 8x8 glass baking dish.Sprinkle the top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and pizza sices.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Then remove the aluminum foil cook for an additional 5-10 minutes.
