Delicious Lemon Bundt Cake With Cake Mix

Ingredients
- 1 Lemon Cake Mix
- 1 small box Instant Pudding Mix
- 1 jar Frosting
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Lemon Zest from 1 lemon
Instructions
Baking Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients, except frosting, in a large mixing bowl and stir until the batter is nice and smooth.
- Grease and flour a bundt cake pan and pour the cake mixture into the pan.
- Bake the cake according to the cake mix box instructions.
- Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the pan.
Icing Instructions:
- The icing is store-bought as well.
- Open the container of frosting, and remove the seal.
- Then place the frosting in the microwave and heat for about 30 seconds.
- Stir the frosting with a spoon to smooth any clumps, and drizzle over the top of the lemon cake.
- Let the cake sit for 5 to 10 minutes to let the frosting thicken.
The Lemon Bundt Cake is then ready to cut and serve.
