Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, salt, pepper, sugar, and baking powder. Stir in eggs and milk.
Preheat oil in a deep saucepan over medium heat. Insert wooden skewers into hot dogs. Dip hot dogs in batter until well coated.
