Instructions
Pop popcorn according to package instructions. Once popped, shake the bag upside down to release any unpopped kernels.
In a large pot, melt
½ cup Butter
on medium heat. Add
16 ounces Mini Marshmallows
and stir constantly until completely melted.
Remove from heat. Add
1 ½ cups White Cake Mix
,
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
, and
1 tablespoon Milk
. Stir until well combined.
Pour mixture over
12 cups Popped Popcorn (no butter)
. Stir until evenly coated. Add
1 bag Fancy Sprinkles
, stirring to combine again.
Spoon popcorn mixture into a greased bundt pan. Press the mixture into the pan with a greased spatula.
Let it sit for a few minutes, then turn the cake out of the pan onto a platter. Let it sit until it's a bit firmer before cutting and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers with a bundt cake cover or plastic wrap and enjoy over the next couple of days.
