1 Microwave-Safe Mug

Ingredients

5 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
4 Tablespoons Sugar optional
⅛ Teaspoon Baking Powder
¼ Teaspoon Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
1 Egg
4 Tablespoons Nestle Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer I used sugar free
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Instructions

Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, egg, coffee creamer, and oil to an extra-large microwave-safe mug.
Whisk the ingredients together with a fork until well combined and no dry pockets remain.
Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Check the cake for doneness. If needed, continue microwaving in 15-second intervals until cooked through.
Let the mug cake cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.

Notes

Use an extra-large, microwave-safe mug to give the cake room to rise and help prevent overflow.

The mug cake will be very moist when it first comes out of the microwave and will thicken as it cools. Avoid overcooking it, or the cake can become dry.

Microwave cooking times vary, so begin checking the cake after 1 minute 30 seconds and add additional time only as needed. Do not leave the microwave unattended while the cake is cooking.

The sugar is optional. If you're using a sweetened pumpkin spice coffee creamer, the cake may be sweet enough without additional sugar.
