8cupsChicken Broth
2cupsBisquick Mix
½cupMilk (based on Bisquick Dumplings Recipe)
4-6Carrotssliced
½bagFrozen Peas
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Instructions
Make dumplings following the recipe on the 2 cups Bisquick Mix Box.
Bring 8 cups Chicken Broth to a boil and add seasonings to taste (pepper, garlic, etc).
Add small to medium-sized spoonfuls of dumplings to the broth.
Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Add 4-6 Carrots, 2 cups Shredded Rotisserie Chicken , and ½ bag Frozen Peas.
Return to a boil, then cover and cook 10 minutes more.
Remove from heat, and serve.
Notes
Add carrots depending on how you like them cooked. If you like them softer, you might want to add them earlier. If you like a lot of dumplings, double the recipe on the Bisquick box.If you have extra soup left, boil the broth again and add more dumplings.
