Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • ¾ cup italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 jar Pasta Sauce

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 350º.
  • In a large bowl, add ground beef, bread crumbs, onion soup mix, and beaten egg.
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Put the meat mixture into a loaf pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • Spread about half the jar of pasta sauce on top of the meatloaf.
  • Put back in the oven and bake for 30 minutes more.

Notes

Remove the meatloaf from the pan, place it on a serving plate, and cover it with the remaining pasta sauce for a beautiful presentation.
