Ingredients

  • 1 lb Gluten-Free Rotini Pasta
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Grape Tomotatoes halved or quartered depending on size
  • ½ Red Onion sliced
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 4 ounces Mozarella Cheese cubed
  • tbsp McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning
  • 1 cup Olive Garden Italian Dressing

Instructions

  • Start by boiling the pasta according to the package directions.
  • Next, prepare your vegetables. Slice your cucumber, red onion, and cube the bell pepper and tomatoes.
  • Grate your parmesan cheese and cube the mozzarella.
  • Drain the pasta and place it in a large mixing bowl, preferably with a lid for easy storage.
  • Add the cucumber, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper strips, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni minis
  • Sprinkle on the McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning and add the Olive Garden Italian dressing.
  • Stir all ingredients thoroughly. 

Notes

For a nice cold pasta salad, refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
