How to Make Easy Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Bars
These peanut butter chocolate pretzel bars are easy to whip up, making them a perfect dessert for any day of the week. An easy treat that everyone will love.
Use a food processor or rolling pin to crush the pretzels in crumbs.
Add the sugar, and butter to the food processor and mix together.
Press pretzel crumb mixture into the bottom of a 13x9-inch cake pan.
Bake 10 minutes and let cool.
Mix together the peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar. You can do this with a spoon or spatula.
Spread the peanut butter mixture onto the pretzel layer. It can be a little sticky so I like to use a rubber spatula or even my fingers to get it spread out.
In a microwave-safe bowl, place the chocolate chips and peanut butter.
Place in the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and then another 30 seconds. This should be enough to melt it but if not, repeat until it is completely melted.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture on top and spread until everything is nicely covered by the chocolate.
Place in the fridge until chocolate is firm.
When firm cut into squares and serve.
