Make sure you are using the dough setting otherwise it will cook the dough for you. While a fresh loaf of bread is amazing, it is not what we are going for with the recipe.
When using a breadmaker add the ingredients starting with the wet ingredients, dry ingredients and then the yeast very last. Poke a hole in all the ingredients with a finger and make a well, pour the yeast into the well.
In a large skillet heat 1/2 -1/3 inch of oil on medium-high heat.
Take a handful of bread dough and roll it out on a floured surface. You don’t want the dough too thin, it should have some thickness.
When the oil is nice and hot begin laying the dough in the pan.
Cook about 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
