You can sew a super cute skirt out of your fabric using this Kwik Sew Pattern 3566. Easy to sew and made in just one afternoon of sewing.
Several times a year I get together with my mom and my sisters and we have craft days. Sometimes we scrapbook, sometimes we sew, and sometimes we just bring whatever we are working on so we can spend the afternoon together crafting, telling stories and laughing. Oh, and of course, eating chocolate and yummy treats.
On our most recent craft, we all decided on a pattern and made the same skirt. The pattern we chose is a pattern by Kwik Sew and it is number 3566. It’s a really cute skirt pattern that has a couple different variations.
We made a total of 4 skirts between the three of us. It was so fun to see how different they all turned out just by using different patterns of fabric. Sadly, I was not blog prepared and I forgot my camera but all of my sisters promised they would take pictures and send them to me, BUT none of them did (I am calling you all out!!) So I only have a picture of mine.
The pattern was really very easy to follow. In fact, I am hoping to make another very soon!
What is the last thing you sewed? Was it something to wear or did you sew just for fun? Share and leave a comment below!
