Hello everyone, My name is Dena Rekow and I am from www.thecreativitycave.com where I love to share my passion for all things hand-stamped with Stampin’ Up! Products. I’ve been a Stampin Up Demonstrator for almost 17 years and have loved showing others how simple it is to make beautiful works of art using Rubber Stamps!
Today I am thrilled to be bringing some fantastic Christmas Tag projects to you. I know you will love how easy they are to stamp, and the best part is that if you would like to make these projects, I have a fabulous kit available with all the supplies you need to create these amazing tags.
To show you how easy these tags are, I have an awesome video showcasing my projects. The photos that follow highlight the tags from the video.
These tags are so quick and easy to create. Just Punch, Stamp, Stick, and tie!
All the tags I used today start as a 4 1/4 x 2″ piece of cardstock–you can get 10 out of one sheet of 8 1/2 x 11″ cardstock.
I used the largest snowflake, stamped it in white ink and then punched the larger of the two snowflakes with the silver glimmer paper. Then added the Merry Christmas and a silver bow to finish it off!
Want an easy Christmas Card? Just add to a Folded Card! used one of the smaller stamps in this set to randomly stamp the background. Imagine how you will impress your friends with this adorable (and super easy) card!
These tags are also very simple. 3 Snowflakes, 3 colors one tag. Add some bling and tie the bow and you are done! Best yet–all you need to do is adhere it to a half sheet of folded cardstock for a PERFECT card! Even Easier than the last one! I love the best part is how these projects work perfectly for either tags or for cards! Talk about versatility! Nailed it!
On this tag, I stepped up things a bit. I added in our Snowflake Elements–they are adorable wooden laser cut snowflake embellishments. I adhered it to my tag with a glue dot. I also stamped some snowflakes in white ink on my vellum cardstock and punched it with the Snow Flurry Punch.
…of course, I couldn’t stop with just the tag…
Adorable card: Check!
Insanely quick packaging: DOUBLE check!!
This is a cardboard box. I wrapped some of the silver cord around it a few times and tied a knot. I added the tag on top. That’s it…seriously!! The curl of the cording is from the spool it comes on–it wasn’t even some fancy thing I did! Now that is what I call gift wrapping!
I hope you loved the projects I shared! A huge thanks to Katie from The Crafty Blog Stalker for inviting me to guest post today! I loved sharing with you all and I hope you’ll come over and visit me at The Creativity Cave!

There are so many beautiful pieces in that video. I love how the one stamp set was able to create such a variety of tags and cards. It makes me want to get out my stamps and play.

Also, I clicked on the first link for The Creativity Cave but it just links back to The Crafty Blog Stalker. I thought I’d let you know in case you want to fix it.
Katie says
Thank you Al for letting me know. I fixed it!

Cute, cute! You have left me with the almost-uncontrollable urge to pull out the stamps and start making my own Christmas tag stash 😉 But it’s 6AM here and I might want to grab breakfast first if I can pull myself away from the computer.

Love your gift tags, very pretty. They would make a nice touch to any gift. One day I’m going to try my hand at making some gift tags.
Katie says
You totally should Linda, they really are a lot of fun to make.
