Hey y'all! We are Bonnie and Trish from Uncommon Designs where you can always find us up to something crafty. This is our favorite time of the year and we are just thrilled to be sharing some of our favorite ways to celebrate Summer with you today!

We just adore entertaining friends and family outside during these warm Summer months. Creating the perfect atmosphere for our guests is always a priority, but we try to keep things pretty simple. Our beach inspired tablescape is one example of how you can add a few simple elements like starfish, shells and burlap to really transform your table!

We also love to add a little vintage vibe to our gatherings. Do you remember the rattan glasses from the seventies. Well, we made our own rattan beverage coozies with a little textured ribbon!
