Hello Cherished Bliss readers, my name is Audra and I am Ashley's one and only, older sister. If you haven't noticed I have already made myself right at home, bringing you the best recipes out of my kitchen. Every recipe is full of love and is always tested by me, my family, and of course neighbors. I will never bring you a recipe that is not worthy of blogging. My plan is to serve you from old family recipes to new favorites along the way. I hope you enjoy everything I bring to the table because I am so excited to be here.

When Ashley started blogging about three years ago she quickly encouraged me to blog as well, but I was not sure  what to blog about. Then it dawned on me one day while cooking, blog about food! I have always had a passion to bring home cooked meals to the table for everyone to enjoy, so with that thought in mind  Once a Mom...Always a Cook was created. I have been food blogging solely as a hobby for the last two years, until Ashley called me recently. She questioned  to why we have not put our blogs together sooner, so in an instant my sister and I came to the conclusion to blend our talents together and bring you twice the fun! We were going to wait until the beginning of 2014 to announce this wonderful news, but it just didn't make sense for me to continue to blog over at Once a Mom... Always a Cook when we already made the final decision to come together. She is the crafty side of the family and I am the foodie, so together we make a perfect team. Although, as Ashley is now a mother of three I have seen her dabbling in the kitchen more and more everyday, what can you say Once a Mom... Always a Cook. For now I am leaving all my recipes up and running on Once a Mom...Always a Cook, but all my new and updated recipes will be here at Cherished Bliss. I am so honored to be here and I can't wait to see what is in store for this new collaboration.

I do want to introduce my crew. I have 3 beautiful children who are growing up too fast. Christian is my oldest daughter who is 17 , and Christopher is my second who just just hit the big 13. Then we have Liam, who is not a baby anymore, but is the baby of the family. He is 6 and this is his first year of Kindergarten.

And of course this would not be possible without the support of my loving husband William. He is never excited about pictures as you can see, but he lets me snap a few of him every once in awhile!

Now that you know a little about me and my family, I can't wait to get to know you. I am so excited to be here on this new journey with my sister, so I hope you grab a cup of coffee and stay awhile!
