- 2 pounds of Ground Beef
- ¾ cup Italian-Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 1 dry Onion Soup Mix
- 1 beaten Egg
- 1 24 oz jar Pasta Sauce
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350º.
In a large bowl, add ground beef, bread crumbs, onion soup mix, and beaten egg.
Combine all ingredients. I personally like to use my hands but you also use a meat masher.
Continue until all of the ingredients are mixed well.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
Remove from the oven and place on a heat-safe surface.
Spread about half the jar of pasta sauce on top of the meatloaf.
Place back in the oven and bake for 30 minutes more.
Heat the remaining sauce in a saucepan, and add to a gravy boat. My kids love the sauce and like to smother their pieces with the extra sauce.
I usually serve the meatloaf directly from the loaf pan.
You can also remove the meatloaf from the pan, place it on a serving plate, and cover it with the remaining pasta sauce for a better presentation.
Doesn't that look delicious? Well, guess what, it is! Time to dig in.
It was a success because this is what the plate looked like when we were done.
Store leftovers in an airtight container, in the refrigerator, for up to 5 days.

Our Baking Essential List:
- For baking casseroles, we use Glass Baking Dishes. I especially like the dishes with lids so leftovers can be transferred straight to the fridge.
- Silicone Kitchenware is my favorite because they don't scratch my cookware and is easy to clean!
- A Glass Cutting Board is a must to prepare all of those ingredients. We even keep ours on our counter at all times.
- This Knife Set will also become your favorite! They cut beautifully, and with the hollow design of the knife, food doesn't stick to the blade.
